Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Mew Design, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms shown for specific features, plans, or purchases.

These terms are between you and MAGOAI LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 15976121 and registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

If you use Mew Design on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Accurate information

Provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it up to date.

Account security

Do not share credentials, bypass authentication, or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Age requirements

You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction and at least 13 years old.

Account actions

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or interfere with service operation.

The Mew Design service

Mew Design provides AI-assisted design generation, Fast and Deep creation modes, editing workflows, image workflows, public pages, sharing tools, exports, and related account features.

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features over time. We try to avoid disrupting active users, but the service may change as models, providers, pricing, infrastructure, and product needs evolve.

Plans, subscriptions, and credits

Paid features may require subscriptions, credits, or one-time purchases. The terms shown at checkout and in your account apply to the purchase.

Credits

Credits may be consumed by generation, editing, image workflows, web reading, premium modes, or other metered features. Some tools reserve credits before work starts. If no work is successfully generated, reserved credits are released and no charge is made. Credit costs may vary by feature, quality, size, model, provider, or plan.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Subscription credits reset to 0 when the membership period or monthly credit period expires unless the applicable plan terms say otherwise. Purchased credit-pack credits and officially granted bonus credits do not reset in the same way. Your access may change when a subscription expires, is canceled, fails payment, or is refunded.

Credit packs

Credit packs add credits only. Buying a credit pack does not change your subscription tier, membership benefits, or export entitlement. If you are on the Free plan and only buy a credit pack, you keep Free-plan standard download rights; HD image export and PDF export still require membership.

Exports

Standard image download is available to all users. HD image export and PDF export require an active paid membership and are available only for supported creation types.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment provider terms and policies may also apply.

Refunds

Subscriptions or credit-pack purchases may be refundable if credits and membership benefits such as HD download have not been used at all. If work has already been generated but the result is unsatisfactory, refunds are generally not provided because AI output has inherent uncertainty. Unauthorized-charge or account-compromise disputes should be reported to admin@mew.design.

Your content, commercial use, and license to operate

You retain ownership of content you submit or create, including prompts, uploaded assets, and generated outputs, subject to third-party rights, these terms, and applicable law.

License to Mew Design

You grant us a limited license to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, and modify content as needed to provide and improve the service.

Commercial use

You may use your generated designs commercially, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that your intended use is lawful, appropriate, and does not infringe third-party rights.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, references, brands, logos, names, likenesses, and other materials you provide.

Public sharing

If you publish or share content publicly, others may view, copy, download, index, or reference that public content depending on the share settings.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

AI output and review

AI-generated output can be useful, but it may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to other content.

AI output is not guaranteed to be unique. Similar prompts, references, or public design patterns may produce similar results for different users.

You should review output before using it commercially, publicly, for print production, or in sensitive contexts. You are responsible for confirming that output is appropriate, lawful, non-infringing, and suitable for your intended use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Mew Design or help others misuse it.

No illegal or harmful content

Do not create illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, or abusive content.
Do not create content that invades privacy, impersonates others, or misleads people about origin or endorsement.
Do not create non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children.

Respect rights

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
Do not remove notices, bypass access controls, scrape the service, or interfere with security or reliability.

No platform abuse

Do not reverse engineer, overload, probe, spam, automate abusive requests, resell unauthorized access, or exploit bugs.
Do not use the service to train competing models or services unless we separately agree in writing.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or take other action when we believe use creates legal, safety, security, or platform risk.

Third-party services

Mew Design depends on third-party services for AI models, payments, authentication, storage, analytics, hosting, and other operations.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, impose restrictions, or update their pricing or terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to keep Mew Design reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Service changes

Features may be modified, limited, deprecated, or paused for maintenance, provider changes, compliance, security, or product reasons.

Suspension

We may suspend access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, or may cause harm to users, providers, or the platform.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.

Disclaimers and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mew Design is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes, governing terms, and contact

We may update these terms when the product, providers, pricing, legal requirements, or business operations change.

The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service.
