Credit Consumption Rules
Generate Design
Credit usage depends on the image format, image size, and quality, and ranges from 2 to 60 credits. You can check the exact deduction record on the credit details page.
Download
Downloads do not consume extra credits. HD downloads for some images and PDF downloads require an active membership.
Credit Expiration Rules
Subscription credits are valid only during the current membership cycle and reset to 0 when the cycle ends. Officially granted credits and purchased credit packs never expire.

Pricing FAQs
Monthly subscription credits reset to zero at the end of each membership cycle. However, officially granted credits and credits from purchased credit packs never expire.
The system deducts credits included in your subscription first. After those are used up, it will deduct officially granted credits and then credits from previously purchased credit packs.
Credits for annual memberships are granted monthly, which is equivalent to purchasing 12 months of monthly membership benefits at once.
You can upgrade your plan from the Account Management page, or purchase additional credit packs from the Subscription page.
Credits are calculated proportionally based on the price difference between plans and the remaining time in your current membership period, and they are added to your account immediately.
Refunds are available if credits, HD downloads, and other membership features have not been used at all. If your account was charged without authorization due to account theft, please contact us at admin@mew.design with details of the disputed charge so we can help resolve it.
Yes. Free users can download in standard resolution. HD image downloads and PDF downloads are only available during an active membership period. Once the membership expires, those download options are no longer available, regardless of how many credits remain.
