Credit usage depends on the complexity of the task: more complex tasks use more credits. For example, a simple image generation task with low quality and small dimensions can cost as little as 2 credits, while generating a high-quality, large image may cost tens of credits. Complex tasks involving web searches and other queries may use more credits. Manual editing with Click Edit does not use credits.

The subscription plan prices shown on this page are for monthly or annual subscriptions, not one-time payments. Depending on your selected billing cycle, you will be charged automatically on your monthly or annual renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future automatic renewals. If you choose to cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period, future automatic renewals will be turned off, and you will retain your paid membership benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Monthly subscription credits reset to zero at the end of each membership cycle. However, officially granted credits and credits from purchased credit packs never expire.

The system deducts credits included in your subscription first. After those are used up, it will deduct officially granted credits and then credits from previously purchased credit packs.

Credits for annual memberships are granted monthly, which is equivalent to purchasing 12 months of monthly membership benefits at once.

You can upgrade your plan from the Account Management page, or purchase additional credit packs from the Subscription page.

Credits are calculated proportionally based on the price difference between plans and the remaining time in your current membership period, and they are added to your account immediately.

Refunds are available if credits, HD downloads, and other membership features have not been used at all. If your account was charged without authorization due to account theft, please contact us at admin@mew.design with details of the disputed charge so we can help resolve it.

Yes. Free users can download in standard resolution. HD image downloads and PDF downloads are only available during an active membership period. Once the membership expires, those download options are no longer available, regardless of how many credits remain.
